According to Florida law, it is unlawful for any used tire retailer to sell unsafe used tires,. This law does not apply to used tire retailers who sell used tires for recapping. If it were possible, I would give this establishment zero stars. They sold me a tire that had a plug on the sidewall, which is incredibly dangerous and could have resulted in a fatal accident. The thought that my family and I drove for seven hours on that tire fills me with dread. Additionally, the customer service experience was disappointing. When I initially spoke to them on the phone, I was quoted a price of $65 for a tire, only to find out upon arrival that it was actually $85 for a new one. This felt like a blatant upsell and left me feeling deceived. In light of these experiences, I felt it necessary to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I strongly advise anyone looking for tires to avoid this crook; it’s simply not worth the risk or the expense. IF YOU LIKE YOUR LIFE. DONT SHOP WITH THEM.

Went there to have two like new tires installed that I had purchased off eBay. The cost was $35 per tires plus tax and tire disposal came to over $85. Called Jerry's tires and that same service would have been less than $35. The service was fast and friendly but over twice what it should have been. Will not be going back, unfortunately.

Such great people. When I went it was father and son working. Both were friendly and professional. Prices were the best in town, and I like spending my money with locals over a big corporation. They stayed busy while I was there but they got people in and out pretty quick. Took them a while for my truck because I got the flat stuck in the spare spot underneath. But they never put my job to the side to get to the next. If I ever need tire services while in Pensacola I'll definitely be back here. Great people!!!
